“Back To Gatorade City”!

image

I had met an actor named Mike at Sophie’s Costume Company that was getting fitted for another film at the same time I was getting my wardrobe fitting for The “Pinhole Effect” and then on the day of shooting he shows up as a background actor for my scene! What are the odds of that happening??

On the 13th I’m back on the “Road To Hell”. I will be going back to the same ghost town in the Mojave Desert. Talk about Hot, Hot, Hot… and I’m not talking about the actors. I mean the weather! “Gatorade City” is my new name for the ghost town!! Wish me luck..I’m going in!!!

“From Sheriff Will To Steven” (Personality Change?)

Well, off with the old and in with the new (sorta speak) I go from “Sheriff Will” to “Steven”.

Before shave After shave, Talk about diverse! Going for a shave in preparation for my upcoming role of Steven in the film “Pinhole Effect” “Pinhole Effect” starts shooting this month.

“Back To Hell”

image

Okay, here’s the latest on “Road To Hell”…The Director invited me over to see a rough cut of a few scenes. As an actor I’m more critical of myself than others are of me. I tend to watch the actors I’m working with. If they like what we did together or the director likes what we’ve done then I know I’m doing my job!

We will be shooting some additional scenes back at the ghost town!

“Who knows anything about “Talent Agents”? “I DO!

I’ve been cast as Steven a “B” list actor talent agent in feature film shooting this August called “The Pinhole Effect”!

I’m going to be working with the fantastic film Director “Charles Ancelle” and wonderful Producer “Anna Skrypka”.

I can’t hardly wait to meet the rest of the cast! Oh, and guess what”?
I will be Clean Shaven!

“Chilling In A Ghost Town”

Well, after filming in The “Mohave Dessert” we all needed a rest between takes. Here is a question I’d like to ask,Were we really on the “Road To Hell”? You would definitely think so considering it was 110 degrees We all had a good time indeed.

Now,here we are chilling between takes in a ghost town with a couple of my cast friends. Howard McNair (the Bluesman), Leah Cohen (Sheriff’s daughter Mia) and me (Sheriff Will).

“Ghost Town In The Mojave Dessert”

I must say it was a incredible and very hot day filming, It was so amazing working with a awesome group of co-actors as everyone kept their cool in the scorching  heat in The Mojave Dessert. It was absolutely the hottest day I have ever endured. Now, I will tell you the story.

Ghost town in Mojave Dessert in the middle of July has to be the hottest place on the planet. No wonder so many died during the nineteenth century trying to find there fortune in gold. Yesterday’s temperature reached 110 degrees. For the first time in my life I felt what it is like to have a heat stroke. I almost passed out! I drank a lot of water but the saving grace, of all things was “Gatorade”!

I was able to take a short break and continued acting until we finished. Although, it was extremely hot everyone was super, everyone kept their cool sorta speak. (Ha ha!)

Now I would like to take a moment to thank my co-actors Howard McNair, Leah Cohen, and Chris Rodrick who also endured what I truly believe was the “Road to Hell”.

Thank you all, and thank you for this incredible experience.
